| Rick Fender's dock was built when he was a partner at Hodgskin Outdoor Living, Inc. It features a 150' long meandering nature walkway/dock, a large 15'x16' covered deck, a 12'x16' open deck and a 11'x26' boathouse. The project also has low voltage dock and fascia lighting, People Mister outdoor airconditioning for the covered deck, DVD surround sound system with 2 flat screen monitors for entertaining. We also planted the lakefront with beneficial trees and plants.
