Cloud 9 Services, LLC was called upon by the City of Orlando to clean out all the lift stations in the area, for a total of 10. Utilizing our v-51 jet vac f-250 with green hose, we were able to not only dislodge the accumulated waste, but we were also able to suck it away. This lowers the level of the wastewater inside the lift station allowing more to continuously come in and keep the tank from overflowing.
This is not only important in the sense that it keeps the wastewater flowing correctly inside the system, but it also keeps the system from becoming clogged or overflowing causing unsanitary, foul smelling puddles from forming. If that happens it would be a major health issue that would need to be handled immediately. To ensure this doesn't happen lift stations need to be cleaned at least once a year, if not more depending on various factors.
